A young man identified as Felix Okoro has taken to social media to reveal how he lost his weight in 8 months. The young man also inspired people by talking about how being plus size affected him.
In a post shared on his Instagram page, Okoro explained that he always thought that weight loss was going to be horrible and stressful but because he wanted to be healthy, strong and happy, he had to do it.
Okoro, who is a law student, said being plus size always made him unhappy. He said people would tell that they liked how he was fat and happy with his looks.

According to him, he would smile and agree with them but he was not happy. He also added that people can be plus-size and be happy but it was not the same for him.
He narrated how his friend told him about a weight loss project. He said he started walking for at least one hour a day and did dance cardio. He said he started his journey in 2019 with 150kg and after 8 months he reduced to 90kg.
