- Man City vs West Ham saw the Citizens take home all the three points after winning 2-0
- The win is the first since City were handed a two-year ban from Champions League
- De Bruyne and Rodrigo both found the back of the net in either half to win it for Pep Guardiola
Man City vs West Ham saw the Citizens stage an epic performance as they won 2-0 against the Hammers on Wednesday night, February 19, at Etihad.
The Premier League victory for City came just days after they were slapped with a two-year ban from Champions League for violating Financial Fair Play rules.
However, the side appeared to have put those woes behind them, with Kevin De Bruyne inspiring his side against West Ham.
The encounter was rearranged after the initial tie was postponed as Aymeric Laporte and Benjamin Mendy returned to City's starting line up.

The home side came close to scoring the opener just inside six minutes of action through Gabriel Jesus, but the star forward fluffed the opportunity.
The Brazilian once again missed a golden goalscoring chance in the 14th minute, before Rodrigo making amends with a powerful header on the half-hour mark after being set up by De Bruyne.
De Bruyne doubled the advantage after sliding a loose ball past a helpless Fabianski who was in goal for David Moyes' side.
Jesus should have had the game buried in the 77th minute after being set up by De Bruyne but his close range shot was effortlessly saved.
The match eventually finished 2-0, with the hosts carting away all the three points.
The result leaves West Ham languishing in relegation and now face the prospect of dropping to Championship unless they turn around their fortunes.
