A young Nigerian DJ identified as Divine Michael Jackson on Facebook has narrated the harrowing experience of his father with some operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) in Port Harcourt.
Divine, in a post shared on his Facebook wall, claimed that the officers shaved off the dreadlocks of his father. He said after the officers cut off his dad’s hair, they held on to it and instructed him to come back for it much later.
Jackson in his post called on members of the internet community to come to the aid of his father, and help him seek justice before more harm is brought upon him.

His post was accompanied with photos of his dad before he had his dreadlocks cut off and after.

Some of his followers were spotted in the comment section condemning the actions of the SARS operatives and directing the teenager on how to get justice.
"Find a human rights lawyers in that part to fight for him because what they did to him is illegal and with a good lawyer they can pay for it," one user said.

In a similar police brutality story, Legit.ng previously gathered the report of a young Nigerian man who narrated how he was treated unfairly by SARS officers in Lagos state. The man identified as Toni Astro revealed that he was beaten up by the officers.
Astro also said they extorted him of the little money he had in his account after threatening to imprison him.
