Samuel Chukwueze has been attracting interest from top European clubs and Arsenal are the latest big side to want his services.
Chukwueze's Villarreal teammate Santi Carzola who left the Gunners six years ago confirmed friends at the London club have been making enquiries about the Nigerian winger and Spanish defender Pau Torres.
Man City, Chelsea and Liverpool have all been linked with a £60million move for the Nigerian international and he has been is tipped to leave La Liga at the end of the season.
It is understood the Reds made a €35million which was turned down by Villarreal during the winter window.
But Carzola claims that friends are asking if the 20-year-old can become an instant hit in the Premier League.
Speaking to Marca and asked if he gets many calls from England about Chukwueze or Pau, Cazorla said: “Yes, friends from Arsenal especially.
“They ask me about them and think they can make the jump to the Premiership tomorrow.
“It’s good that great teams are interested in young players from Villarreal, but for the moment I tell them to leave them alone here.
“They still have to take steps forward. They both have a great personality, and their feet are on the ground.
“In Pau’s (Torres) case he hears constant talk of City or Barcelona , but he is aware that he has to keep growing as a player and that in the future we will see where he can go.”
Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Barcelona are the latest club to be interested in Villarreal winger Samuel Chukwueze, according to reports in Spain.
