The photo was shared on Twitter by Eloi Fillion, the head of ICRC delegation in Nigeria.
Jiddari-Polo, a suburb near Maiduguri, was attacked by Boko Haram insurgents in the evening of Wednesday, February 12.
The terrorists attacked the area around 7.05pm after the Muslim prayer, shooting sporadically as residents scampered for safety.
Fillion in his tweet said 11 people were wounded, while 4 of them were in a critical condition.
He revealed that they were being operated by his colleagues, who he noted were poised to work all night to ensure they save lives.
The call, the centre said, is on the heels of growing killings in Borno with the recent one in Auno community in the state.
