Karim Benzema may not have found the back of the net in Real Madrid's win over Osasuna, the striker assisted one of his side's goal.
Los Blancos maintained their leadership on the Spanish League table with an emphatic 4-1 win over Osasuna last weekend.
A goal each from Isco, Sergio Ramos, Lucas Vazquez, and Luka Jovic ensured Zinedine Zidane clinch maximum points in the end.
The Frenchman assisted Real's third goal in the 84th minute to break Cristiano Ronaldo's assist record for the club.
Benzema leap-frogged his former teammate on the club's assist chart having recorded his 133rd help for Zinedine Zidane's men.
The Portuguese star raked in 131 assists in his nine-year reign at the Santiago Bernabeu despite scoring a total of 450 goals in all competitions.
According to Tribuna.com, the 32-year-old old has also become the fourth all-time La Liga star during his 11-year reign so far.
The France international is also the UEFA Champions League sixth-highest assist provider of all-time with 27 assists. Only Ronaldo, Messi, Giggs, Iniesta and Xavi are ahead of him.

A goal each from Sergio Ramos, Isco, Lucas Vazquez and Luka Jovic sealed the win for Los Blancos over Real Betis.
It was, however, more than a victory for Zidane who surpassed Jose Mourinho to become the club's manager with third all-time for the most wins in the Spanish top flight.
