- Odion Ighalo may be included in the Man United squad to face Club Brugge

- The Nigerian striker joined the Old Trafford outfits from China on January deadline day

- The 30-year-old star was left out the United squad that travelled to Spain for winter break due to coronavirus outbreak

Deadline day signing, Odion Ighalo, has been included in the Manchester United team to face Club Brugge during the Europa League tie scheduled after the winter break.

The Nigerian international was left out of the United squad that travelled to Marbella training camp amid heightening border restrictions.

Scott McTominay and defender Axel Tuanzebe also made it with the rest of the squad to Spain, but because Ighalo came from China, there was fear border restriction might be much tighter for his return back to the UK, hence the decision to drop him.

The 30-year-old striker will now make his Man United much-anticipated appearance against Club Brugge and may also be at the forefront for the Reds against Chelsea.

The AFCON Golden boot winner completed a dream sensational EPL return after agreeing to terms with the Old Trafford outfits.

He was brought in as back-up star for injured Marcus Rashford who suffered back injury in their FA Cup win against Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Ighalo's first spell in EPL was with Watford between 2014 and 2017. He netted 39 goals in 99 appearances for the Hornets.

And since arriving Old Trafford, the former Watford forward has resulted in training outside members of his team.

Ahead of his Manchester United clash against Chelsea on Monday, February 17, the deadline day signing teamed up with the Takwaendo squad preparing for the 2020 Summer Olympics in order to get back to fitness.
