Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has been named the Premier League manager month for January.
The German-born tactician has been incredible with his Reds armies this campaign having opened a 22-point gap over defending champions Manchester City after 25 rounds of matches.
With the Merseysiders cruising to their first EPL title for the first time in over three decades, they won all their five league matches in the month under review.
Klopp's men kicked off the new decade with a 2-0 victory over Sheffield United, followed by a slim victory over Jose Mourinho's Tottenham Hotspur.
The continued their impressive performances in the first month of the year with another 2-0 win over Manchester United after which thrashed Wolverhampton Wanderers, and West Ham United.
Liverpool remain unbeaten in the English topflight so far this term with their only draw coming from their draw against the Red Devils earlier in the season.
The German tactician has now become the first coach to win five EPL manager of the month award five times in a single season.
Klopp has now surpassed the four individual prizes Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola won during the 2017/18 season.
Meanwhile, this is the eighth monthly award clinched by the former Borussia Dortmund boss since his appointment since August 2015.
According to the Premier League website, only Sir Alex Ferguson, Arsene Wenger and David Moyes have picked up more in the competition's history.
The 52-year-old beats Guardiola, Ralph Hasenhuttl and Nigel Pearson to the prestigious award which was decided by votes from the public.
