- Andre Onana could be making a move to Chelsea at the end of the season
- This comes after goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga was dropped to the bench
- The Blues will come out with their final position on Andre Onana this summer
Premier League giants Chelsea have been linked with a move to sign Cameroonian professional goalkeeper Andre Onana as a replacement for current number one Kepa Arrizabalaga.
Goalie Kepa Arrizabalaga has not been impressive this season for Chelsea and there have been calls from the Blues fans for him to be dropped permanently to the bench due to his games.
And following series of unimpressive games this season for Chelsea, Frank Lampard was forced to drop Kepa Arrizabalaga for the encounter against Leicester City in the Premier League.
According to the report on UK Sun, Andre Onana is ready to leave Dutch giants Ajax this summer and his next destination could be at Stamford Bridge.
But the Blues are expected to make a decision soon on whether to back troubled Kepa Arrizabalaga or bring another stopper to Stamford Bridge.
The report added that Kepa's save success rate has also dropped this season to 56 percent from 68 this term.
Throughout the whole of last season, Kepa Arrizabalaga conceded total of 39 goals, but this term, he has watched 32 goals enter his net with many games still to be played.
The Blues could now move for the signing of the Cameroonian this summer, but they will have to tempt Ajax with impressive offer so as to convince them to sell.
He has been superb since he joined Ajax as he steered the Dutch side to the Champions League semifinal last season before been sent out by Tottenham.
Lucas Moura was the savior for Spurs in the second leg of the Champions League encounter as his late minute goal sent Tottenham to the final.
Already, Ajax are out of this season's Champions League and many star players could be leaving this summer if they fail to qualify for next edition.
