Paul Pogba gets green light to leave as Man United demand £150m

Premier League giants Manchester`United have reported given France international Paul Pogba the go ahead to leave Old Trafford this summer as the Red Devils demand massive £150m.

Paul Pogba has been linked with a move away from Manchester United even before the season started, and the Red Devils'chiefs are now said to be fed up with the Frenchman.

United would have even sold him last summer, but the transfer fee between the Old Trafford landlords and Real Madrid chiefs was not agreed.

According to the report on UK Sun, Manchester United board have even told Paul Pogba's agent Mino Raiola that his client is free to leave this summer as far as their demand is met.

The former Juventus star has not played for Manchester United since December 2019 in which reports claim that he is still recuperating from injury.

After winning the World Cup with France in 2018, Paul Pogba wants to win more trophies on the club level.

But he does not believe this can be achieved while playing for Manchester United most especially the Champions League title.

There is also no possibility that Manchester United can will the Premier League title this season considering their current position on the standings.

So far this season, Paul Pogba has played only made eight appearances for Ole Solskjaer's side due to the ankle injury he suffered.

Pogba actually started his football career at Manchester United under former manager Alex Ferguson who later allowed him to leave and join Juventus.

He won four Serie A titles with the Old Lady before returning back to Manchester United, and since he returned, Pogba has been troubled by lack of form and also injuries.

Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Manchester United fans gave Nigerian striker Odion Ighalo target to score at least 15 goals for the Red Devils this season after signing six-month contract deal at Old Trafford.

Odion Ighalo will be at Manchester United until the end of the ongoing Premier League season in which the club's chiefs can extend his contract if he impresses.

He was in China when Manchester United announced his signing and had to travel to England the next day to join his new teammates at Old Trafford.
