According to gist on Twitter streets, a painter who had been contracted to paint a female hostel at the University of Ibadan ended up impregnating two 100-level students of the institution.
In a recorded WhatsApp chat posted on the microblogging site, it was gathered that the incident happened at Queens Hall.
The students had reportedly started a casual and intimate relationship with the painter who was contracted to work during the renovation of Queens Hall. It was also said that one of the students got rid of the pregnancy due to shame while the other claims to be very much in love with him and is considering marriage.
Internet users have since reacted to the development and many of them seem to be seeing only the humorous and ‘colourful’ side of the situation.
