Tom Jones who has had a career span of 55 years as an artist said that the secret to him staying healthy can be linked to the protein he takes.

He said he tries to avoid alcohol as much as possible and would dump carbs for protein any day.

Dionne Warwick, a multiple Grammy award winner whose career has spanned 58 years, said she takes a compulsory four hours of sleep every day.

But it does not just stop there, the Walk On By singer said she also likes McDonald fries and also gave credit to her energetic stage shows.

Ringo Starr, who has been dubbed as the world’s most famous drummer, said to stay healthy he avoids eating a lot of craps and eats more broccoli. He also takes his workout very seriously.

Raquel Welch, a popular actress whose career has covered more than six decades, said she only makes sure not to binge on food.

She added that she exercises her body and takes good care of her skin.

Al Pacino, who recently starred in Netflix’s The Irish Man, said he takes after Oscar Wilde and only lies down when he feels the urge to exercise.
