A Nigerian behavioural therapist Loveth Adingupu has narrated her experience after she found a helpless woman in labour. The behaviourial therapist revealed that she was on her way to work when the incident occurred.
According to her, immediately she realised that the woman was in labour and she needed help she decided to assist her. She explained that she helped her deliver her baby in Festac area of Lagos state.
After the baby was delivered, she explained that she rushed the newborn and the mother to the hospital with the placenta still attached.

She said she wrapped the baby in a wrapper and she was scared as they tried to find a hospital nearby. She said the sight of blood all over her body scared her but the baby in her arms gave her the courage to continue.
Adingupu recounted how they went around Festac before they found a hospital that would take them in and she also thanked the military man that allowed them to take one way to beat traffic and the keke napep driver who drove them around.

According to her, she had the privilege to name the newborn baby boy, she said she named him Chukwunyeremaka, which means God helped me, and Akachukwu, which means the hand of God.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that a mentally challenged woman reportedly gave birth to a baby boy on the roadside with the help of people around her. The woman allegedly welcomed her baby in Anambra state. It was gathered that the mother and child were immediately rushed to Onitsha General Hospital.
