Kylian Mbappe scores with his hand in PSG vs Staide Reims game

- Kylian Mbappe almost successfully replicated his own 'hand of God' scene

- The French forward ran past Staide Reimis's goalie and used his hand to tap into the net

- Unfortunately, he was booked for the offence as the referee ruled out the goal

Kylian Mbappe was on his genius best during Paris-Saint-Germain's Coupe de la Ligue semi-final encounter against Staide Reimis on Wednesday night, January 22, as he attempted to replicate Diego Maradona's famous 'hand of God' scene.

The French sensation failed to net a goal but PSG eased past their opponents all thanks to three goals from Marquinhos, Kouassi and an own goal.

An own goal from Ghislain Konan made the score-line three for the French champions, with Mbappe also trying to get a goal on his name at all cost.

The former Monaco hitman was about falling inside Staide Reims box after successfully gliding past Predrag Rajković when he used his left hand to roll the ball into the net.

The attempt, however, got the referee's attention who quickly ruled out the goal as Mbappe looked innocently with his famous daring smiles.

He was later booked by the referee, leaving Mbappe in wild laughter as he walked away off the scene having realised what he did was amounting to punishment.

Paris Saint-Germain will now face their league rivals Lyon for the French Cup final towards the end of the season.

Meanwhile, another highlight of the night was when Neymar used his backside to make a lovely pass.

The Brazilian was all in-form as he bagged assist in the encounter, but that was not what made the former Barcelona forward a subject of discussion - it was his ingenuity which he put to test again.
