Alena Kate Pettitt, a 34-year-old mum, has said that her main aim in life is to be a traditional wife who submits to her husband like it was during the 1950s.
She very much holds the opinion that women are just homemakers while men do all the getting provisions for the family, UK Sun reports.
To make this a reality, Alena operates The Darling Academy, a school that teaches women how to be feminine and perform the duties expected of them.
Alena also operates a blog where she writes about being a traditional wife and submitting to her husband.
In speaking with the media, the 34-year-old woman said that being a "tradwife" is all about “submitting and spoiling her husband like in the ‘50s".
She said she does not like the culture that advocates fighting the men in order to be independent, adding that she felt like she was born to be a mother and a wife.
According to the same media, Alena’s confidence surged when she met her husband who said he makes her feel secure.
She also spoke about how that moment in her life changed everything for her as it happens in fairytales.
