A Nigerian man is currently being hailed on social media for his determined spirit after he was spotted hawking bananas in order to train his children in school, despite being visually impaired.
When it comes to handling the curve balls life often throws at people, there are some who give up on the idea of living and resort to feeling helpless about situations they may find themselves in.
However, there are those who are strong and determined to fight through it all regardless of whatever situation they find themselves. This appears to be the case of a visually impaired man in Kaduna, who was spotted hawking bananas in order to put his kids through school.
A Facebook user, Mohammed Hassan, shared a photo and his encounter with the resilient man determined to survive through it all.

He wrote: “I have encounter with this wonderful blind man selling banana at AP filling station along waff road in Kaduna. The boy in the picture is his son, guiding him. He pays all his bills and trains his children in schools. Pls patronise him for moral encouragement”

In a similar story, Gbenga Oshinowo is a physically challenged man who makes a living as a disc jockey in Lagos. The young man shared his life journey with correspondents of Legit.ng in a thrilling interview. He revealed the numerous things he could do asides being a DJ in a bit to earn more money. Oshinowo who is popularly known as DJ Ability says he is skilled in playing table tennis, carving eyebrows and fixing nails.
The multi-talented man took Legit.ng through what it took growing up without being able to walk. According to him, he was not born with any disability; however, he had several bouts of convulsion as a child and this eventually led to him being given a wrong injection by a nurse during one of the episodes. He said that his parents did not notice the adverse effect of the injection on him until three days later.
