Tammy Abraham doubled Chelsea's lead with a header in the 38th minute after connecting with Reece James cross from the right flank.

The 20-year-old made a run down the flank before crossing the ball at the nick of the line - hoping for a player with a blue shirt to find the ball.

And Abraham refused to allow the ball waste as the forward jumped a bit above his opponent's defenders to head them two goals up.

Callum Hudson Odoi sealed the game off for the home team after tapping into the net from a Cesar Azpilicueta's cross.

The Bayern Munich target needed just four minutes into resumption to record his name on the scores sheet.
