Smiles as Atiku, Tinubu, others reunite at Ribadu's son's wedding ceremony

Mahmud Nuhu Ribadu is getting married to the love of his life, Amina Aliyu Ismaila at the Al-Nur Mosque in Abuja.

He is the son of Nuhu Ribadu, the pioneer executive chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and a former presidential candidate of the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN).

The wedding Fatiha which is taking place this Saturday, January 11, has brought together some of Nigeria’s biggest politicians from both the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Prominent figures spotted at the ceremony include Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, national leader of the APC Bola Ahmed Tinubu, ex-vice president and 2019 presidential candidate of the PDP Atiku Abubakar, and chief of staff to President Muhammadu Buhari, Abba Kyari.

Others are governor Katsina state Aminu Masari and former governors Ibikunle Amosun (Ogun) and Aliyu Wammako (Sokoto).

Osinbajo congratulated Ribadu on the Wedding Fatiha of his son and his wife, praying that this new chapter of their lives be filled with joy, enduring love and peace.

Meanwhile, there is another wedding taking place today, Saturday, January 11, that is causing a buzz on social media. It is the wedding of Sandra Ikeji, the sister of Nigerian celebrity blogger Linda Ikeji.

Sandra who is an event planner shut down Lagos state on her wedding day with over two hundred of her best girls who served as her bridesmaids. Report has it that Sandra has always wanted to make history by having the longest train of bridesmaids.
