A Nigerian man identified as Peter Obatusin has made Nigeria proud by bagging role model/employee of the year award in the United States.
In recent past, Nigerians have been changing the narrative of their country positively by excelling in their fields.
Legit.ng gathers that Nigerians in the diaspora who engage in legitimate businesses usually outshine their peers wherever they find themselves.
Earlier, Legit.ng reported that the Federal University of Technology Akure celebrated its alumnus for defending his first degree obtained at the institution by completing his master's programme with a distinction at the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
Okpara, who finished with a first class at FUTA, was the best graduating student at the institution situated in Ondo state.
FUTA said: "He made a first class and after the national service and a stint as a graduate assistant he proceeded to University of Cape Town, South Africa for his master’s programme. And in the course of the programme he showed that his first class in FUTA was no fluke."
Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that the chairman of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM), Abike Dabiri-Erewa, was in Imo, where she visited the Umuchima Health Centre in Umuchima, Ideato local government area of the state.
The health centre was built and equipped by a Nigerian in the diaspora identified as Festus Mbasiogu.
