Sadio Mane topped the list of Premier League stars as Teranga Lions of Senegal players dominated the FIFPro Africa's team of 2019 named by CAF on Tuesday, December 7, in Egypt.
Liverpool forward Mane topped the list of Senegalese who made the list as he was joined by PSG hard-tackling midfielder Idrissa Gana Gueye and Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly.
Countries like Cameroon and Morocco also had two representatives on the list. For the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon, Ajax goalkeeper Andre Onana and Liverpool defender Joel Matip made the list.
While for the Atlas Lion of Morocco, recently crowned African Youth Player of the Year Achraf Hakimi and Ajax star Hakim Ziyech made the list.
Others who made the list include - Tottenham's Serge Aurier (Ivory Coast), Man City's Riyad Mahrez (Algeria), Liverpool's Mohamed Salah (Egypt) and Arsenal's Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (Gabon).
The team of the Year was chosen by players and surprisingly no Super Eagles star made the list.

Earlier, Legit.ng reported that Liverpool and Senegalese striker Sadio Mane has been named as African's best footballer of the year for 2019 beating Mohamed Salah and Riyad Mahrez for the award.
While in the women's category, FC Barcelona striker Asisat Oshoala has been voted African Women’s Player of the Year for the fourth time.
The Nigeria international beat off competition from South Africa's Thembi Kgatlana and Ajara Nchout of Cameroon.
