A clergyman identified as David Antwi, who is the leader and founder of the Kharis Church in the United Kingdom (UK), has caused a buzz on social media following a video of his preaching that surfaced online.
In the clip, the man of God and summoned instrumentalists in his church to the altar and addressed them I the front of the church congregation.
"If you play the instruments in church and you collect money, you are a thief," Antwi said.

According to him, any one of them that plays for the house of God and charges for such services should be considered as thief. He also added that such a person is the devil’s cousin.

Recall that Legit.ng reported that popular Nigerian gospel musicians, Sammie Okposo and Nikki Laoye reacted to the assertion made by Davido Antwi. Both individuals had noted that his teaching is not anywhere in the bible, and wondered why people who choose to be paid for rendering services to God’s house should be labelled as thieves.
