Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho has made it clear that he is already thinking about the consequences of not having Harry Kane in his squad after his latest injury.
The England international suffered a hamstring injury late on during the New Year's Day loss to Southampton at St Mary's and Jose Mourinho is fearing the worst.
Harry Kane who who scored 27 goals this season for club and country left the stadium on crutches and was taken to the hospital.
"We don't know yet, but I think later today we will have news. But if you ask me for my feeling, good news or bad news, I am more on the bad news than the good news, that's my feeling.
"What he felt, leaving the match, the way he did it, it took him only two seconds to realise the severity of the situation.
"Some opinions from the medical department before he has all the tests, I don't think we will have good news.
"I think we will lose him for some period,'' Jose Mourinho explained according to the report on UK Mirror.
Meanwhile, Tottenham are currently occupying sixth position on the Premier League standings with 30 points after 21 games played this season.
