SunSport reports that the supporter apparently switched sides after the South Korean was sent off in the 62nd minute for retaliating a foul on him by Antonio Rudiger.
Although, it took the intervention of the Video Assistant Referee before Antonio Taylor decided to reach into his front pocket for the card.
The publication documented that this was Son's third straight red card this season, but the one he got against Everton was overturned by the FA.
Meanwhile, some Spurs fans were accused of racism after Rudiger, who returned to action not too long ago complained to his captain that monkey chants were aimed at him during the game.
Tottenham and the FA have however launched investigations into the case as the entire football body is hoping to eradicate the act.
Manchester City winger Raheem Sterling has also suffered same, while Romelu Lukaku, Mario Balotelli, and a few others are still being racially abused in Italy.
Legit.ng earlier reported that Tottenham vs Chelsea ended 2-0 in favour of Frank Lampard's side as they maintain fourth spot on the Premier League table.
Willian scored a brilliant first-half goal and netted the second from a penalty to earn all three points for his side.
Chelsea settled into the game quickly as they controlled most part of the first half and in the 12th minute, they were rewarded for their hard work.
