Mario Mandzukic's will not be joining Man United in January as the Croatian striker was spotted undergoing medical in Qatar.

After months of speculation, the Juventus striker looks set to be heading to the Middle East nation to ply his trade.

A video clip of the former Bayern Munich star emerged allegedly at a hotel with officials of Qatari club Al Duhail.

And it is understood Mandzukic had conducted his medical ahead of his move to the club managed by Jose Mourinho's former assistant Rui Faria.

Al Duhail narrowly missed out in signing the World Cup silver medalist but the deal failed to materialize which aroused the interest of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

But it now looks like the Red Devils will miss out on the striker who will reunite with his former Juventus teammate Medhi Benatia in Qatar.

It has been a miserable few months for Mandzukic with the Turin giants after he was exiled from their lavish Christmas party.

Mandzukic has been frozen out of the Bianconeri since the arrival of Maurizio Sarri in the summer and the 33-year-old who currently earns £300,000-per-week is set to quit the squad.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Anthony Joshua and Riyad Mahrez's wife Rita were seen flirting in a VIP section of a club, reports claim.

According to The Sun, Rita was reportedly seen with her hand relaxed on the undisputed heavyweight champion's knees at London club Tape on Friday, December 20.
