Either Samuel Chukwueze, Victor Osimhen or Achraf Hakimi will win CAF's Youth Player of the Year after the final three shortlist was released.
Chukwueze announced his presence into the world scene in the Spanish topflight division with Villarreal and hit the spotlight at the AFCON 2019 tournament.
Osimhen on the hand, shot himself into limelight with a standout performance with Ligue 1 side Lille in the domestic scene and the Champions League, scoring 12 goals this season.

In the best women's coach category, former Super Falcons gaffer Thomas Dennerby has been nominated alongside South Africa's Desire Ellis and Cameroon's Alain Djeumfa.
All three coaches took the respective teams to the women's World Cup but only Dennerby managed to qualify Nigeria into the last 16.
Dennerby, Ellis and Djeumfa are also in the running to win the best women's national team with either Nigeria, South Africa or Cameroon respectively.

Mane and Salah helped Liverpool win the prestigious Champions League competition last season while Man City star Mahrez won the Premier League title and AFCON 2019 tournament.
