Manchester United star Nemanja Matic has reportedly emerged as January transfer target for Spanish giants Atletico Madrid who are ready to go for his signing.

Nemanja Matic has been struggling for active playing time this season at Manchester United and he could be on his way out of Old Trafford when transfer window opens.

The 31-year-old is out of contract at Manchester United at the end of the season, and the Red Devils' chiefs could be tempted to sell him next month.

This season, Nemanja Matic has only played seven games for Manchester United in all competitions.

He is desperate for more much action in order to secure a starting spot for his country’s crucial Euro 2020 play-off clash with Norway.

Meanwhile, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is planning to bolster his squad when transfer window opens as United currently sit eight on the Premier League standings with 25 points.

Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Manchester United are reportedly monitoring Super Eagles striker Emmanuel Dennis who currently plays for Club Brugge with the aim of signing him when transfer window opens.

According to the report by Fussball Transfers, Manchester United are not the only side interested in signing Emmanuel Dennis as the likes of Southampton and Leicester City also want him.

But the report added that Manchester United have already established talks with Emmanuel Dennis' representatives with the possibility of signing the Nigerian.
