Nigeria international Victor Osimhen has been declared fit by French League side Lille for their Ligue 1 battle against Monaco at the Stade Louis II on Saturday, December 21.

The Super Eagles forward who scored his twelveth goal of the season for the Great Danes in their 3-0 win over the same team they are facing today was rushed to the hospital during the game.

It was said that he only felt dizzy and that everything returned to normal with him even before the match ended.

The 20-year-old opened scoring for Lille before his replacement Loic Remy sealed the victory with a brace as they ran off with a 3-0 victory.

Osimhen is now expected to be back into Christophe Galtier squad as they returned to Stade Louis II this evening for their last league match before the Christmas holidays.

The Nigerian goal-poacher will hope to add to his tally as he continues to chase for the French League golden boot award at the end of the season.

Having joined Lille from Belgian League side Sporting Charleroi in the summer, Osimhen became an instant hit for the club.

Scoring nine league goals and three assists in 17 Ligue 1 appearances as the 20-year-old aims for more before the end of the season.

He has however been linked with a move to few top European clubs, with Tottenham Hotspur boss Jose Mourinho monitoring his progress at his present club.
