A 38-year-old lady named Elizabeth Watkins has left her family members shocked over her jaw-dropping weight loss. Watkins who formerly weighed 26st 9lbs, lost 15st and dropped to 11st 8lbs in just 18 months.
Daily Mail reports that Watkins who hails from Buckinghamshire, England, had a gastric bypass and stuck to a strict diet of between 700 and 1,200 calories a day, which caused the mind blowing change.
The results are so dramatic that friends and family do a double take when they see her and according to reports, even her own mother 'walked past her in the street' without recognising her.
Interestingly, Watkins who works as a recruitment consultant, also found love after shedding the pounds and is now engaged.

Meanwhile, a 32-year-old lady named Anne Foster from South Carolina, United States, who used to feel bad about her size decided to make a change to her habits and made a great reduction in her weight.
Dailymail explains that Anne Foster had gained her weight from ravaging fried foods, cakes, pies and the like.
At a point in her life, Anne decided that she would put in some effort to stop feeling bad about how she felt of herself and moved from 430lbs to 226lbs in 10 months.
