Manchester United striker Mason Greenwood is now winning the hearts of the Old Trafford fans with his performances so far for the Red Devils this season.
Greenwood has scored seven goals for Manchester United in all competitions this season which is a record bettered only by Marcus Rashford.
He even came off the bench to rescued Manchester United last Sunday in their game against Everton which ended 1-1.
And now, a former Manchester United coach Mark Senior has explained an incredible story of how the 18-year-old Mason Greenwood was discovered.
Mark Senior explained how he spotted Greenwood's promising talents on a football pitch in Bradford when he was just six years of age.
Mason Greenwood made his debut for local side Idle Juniors and was impressive for the club scoring all their 16 goals in 16-win.
"As soon as he was six, we made sure we had someone to watch his first game.
"The team he was playing for had never won a game, and I am not sure they had even scored a goal. Then, Mason scored 16 on his debut and they won 16-1. A six-year-old made the local newspaper,'' Mark Senior told Goal.
Meanwhile, Mason Greenwood is expected to play for Manchester United on Wednesday night, December 18, in their EFL Cup game against Colchester United.
