Singer Mary J Blige has a documentary about her life in the works.
The untitled film will be and is being produced by Oscar winner Vanessa Roth in conjunction with Amazon Studios and Entertainment One.
The project was announced on Tuesday and it will feature Blige revisiting her personal life experiences since releasing her hit sophomore album My Life 25 years ago.
An official release statement read: "The film provides a personal and never before seen look into the emotional journey of Mary J. Blige’s past struggles with poverty, abuse, addiction and heartbreak.”
The sultry singer has won nine Grammy awards throughout her career. Blige is also a two-time Oscar nominee for her role in 2017's Mudbound.
She posted about the 25th anniversary of My Life on Instagram.
She wrote: “I look at my albums as if they are my children and today I celebrate my 2nd child who is my most dysfunctional one.. lol.. who I love so much!”
Meanwhile, Spotify, an international digital media services provider which provides access to songs across the globe has named Drake and Ed Sheeran the music streaming service's most streamed artists of the decade.
Daily Mail reports that Drake amassed a whopping 28 billion streams of his songs throughout the past 10-years and Sheeran followed in second position, while Post Malone came in next. In the female category, Ariana Grande emerged the top female streaming artist of the decade, and Eminem rounding out the top 5, according to Spotify.
