He said: "Ok, It's a difficult one still, but I think I'm going to go with Kane,'' Anthony Joshua explained.
However, BBC Sport posted the video on their social media page, and Pierre Aubameyang said: "I'm disappointed big man.''
Joshua went on to say he thinks Manchester United's Marcus Rashford would also beat England teammate Jadon Sancho in a scrap.
Aubameyang has scored 10 Premier League goals this season for Arsenal, while Harry Kane has managed to net seven this term.
Meanwhile, Anthony Joshua will face Andy Ruiz this coming Saturday in Saudi Arabia as the Englishman seeks redemption against the Mexican.
Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Andy Ruiz vowed to end Anthony Joshua's boxing career by handing him a second defeat during their rematch bout in Saudi Arabia.
The Mexican will prove again that his victory over Joshua at Madison Park New York in June is not a fluke when they meet again.
