Anthony Joshua appears to be in good shape for his much-anticipated rematch with Andy Ruiz after the British-Nigerian born pugilist released a short clip of his training sessions which has him practicing weight lifting with teeth.
The heavyweight star was deposed of his championship in June with a shocking defeat to the Mexican champion.
Joshua was handed his first career defeat with a seventh-minute knock-out at Madison Park New York, thus losing his WBA, IBF & WBO.
However, the 30-year-old will have a golden chance of proving Ruiz's victory over him was a fluke and similarly reclaim his belts when he faces the heavyweight champion on December 7.
Ahead of the rematch dubbed clash of dunes, Joshua shared a brief video of his training session looking totally prepared for the showdown.
Captioned "let us prey," the 26-second video shows Joshua in his AJ Boxing ring with his trainers, throwing jabs swiftly in what appears to a rigorous training.
Interestingly, the 30-year-old jerked up his laborious training to the next level with tedious teeth weight lifting.
The former heavyweight champion had earlier vowed to beat Ruiz, saying he wanted the world to bow down for him after reclaiming his honour with victory.
He also dusted off insinuation that he was getting nervous while rubbishing talks of retirement should he suffer another defeat to the Mexican champ.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng had reported that Anthony Joshua vs Andy Ruiz rematch has suffered a massive setback after Saudi Arabia, the hosting country, axed ring girls from the much-anticipated bout.
The British-Nigerian born heavyweight star and Ruiz will slug it out for the second showdown of their June 27 meeting in December 7.
But the bout, dubbed clash of the dunes, will be staged with the popular ring girls tradition scrapped due to Saudi's conservative policy on women.
