British singer Adele has made a come back on Twitter after what seemed to be a long hiatus. Just recently, the singer put out a post in which she urged her over 27 million followers to vote in the upcoming UK elections.
Her post immediately went viral with many of her fans expressing their shock over her return to Twitter after a long break. Adele's last post prior the recent one was shared in December 2018, when she paid tribute to the victims of the Grenfell tower fire.
While Adele uses her platform to promote causes she believes in, her fans use it as an avenue to demand new songs and album from the multi-award-winning singer.
Despite being worth an estimated £150 million, Adele's last release came in 2015, when she released album 25. Her last single was Water Under The Bridge, released in November 2016.
