Jose Mourinho has reeled out his desire to win third Champions League title with Premier League top side Tottenham HotSpurs ahead of his side's home game with Olympiacos.
The Portuguese made a surprising yet sensational fourth-time return to Premier League after Tottenham announced him as their new manager.
He got his reign on a winning note with a narrow 3-2 win over West Ham United at the London Stadium.
And ahead of his first Champions League game as Spurs boss against Greek side Olympiacos, the self-acclaimed 'Specal One' disclosed his dream is to win the prestigious European title with his new side.
The 56-year-old had won Champions League titles on two occasions with Italian giants Inter Milan and Portuguese champions FC Porto.
“I love the competition as much as everyone in football. It’s something that everybody dreams about, to win it," Mourinho said.
“Not everyone has the privilege to be a Champions League winner, which I was happy enough to do twice.
“Do I want to win it a third time? Of course, I would love it but I know the difficulties of it.But with these boys, I will never be afraid of any Champions League match that comes into our faces,'' the Portuguese submitted.
Tottenham lost out on winning Champions League trophy to fellow Premier League rivals Liverpool at Wanda Metropolitan stadium in Spain.
Spurs bowed to Mo Salah and Origi's goals as Liverpool got crowned as European champions, leaving former cub boss Mauricio Pochettino in tears.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng had reported that Jose Mourinho made it clear that he is not interested in signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic for Tottenham when the January transfer window opens because he has Harry Kane.
The Portuguese and Zlatan Ibrahimovic had a superb working relationship during his reign at Manchester United where they won the Europa League title.
