Embattled Dubai-based big boy Ismaila Mustapha aka Mompha, was recently at the Federal High Court, Ikoyi, Lagos, on Monday, November 25, for the hearing of his case with the Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Recall that Legit.ng previously reported that the individual pleaded not guilty to a N33 billion money laundering charge that was leveled against him by the anti-graft agency.
Some new photos of the flamboyant individual were sighted on the official social media page of the EFCC.
In the photos, Mompha who was surrounded by security operatives, appeared all smiles, with almost no sign of distress showing on his face.

Oto-obong Green: "See how the EFCC are treating Mompha just the same President treatment they gave to Evans... So there are people you treat on the VIP scale, who's are guys fooling EFCC? Mtcheeeeew"
Okoro Tega Collins: "which of the prison??. Is it the one at Okotie-Eboh?? Mompha was smiling yesterday when he appeared in court.. Is it home arrest prison?? keep on fooling us. We know how you people treat Evans the kidnappers... If mompha didn't do soapy that means he was never in any prison."
Eddie Manie: "He even look like a boss to you people..still rocking another Louis Vuitton t shirt..then it was Fendi. High star for mompha."
Sholaye Andre Adanoritse: "Has he been found guilty ? That's how your anti-graft agency will just label a man corrupt because he is rich and yet haven't even done any single investigation. You will end up arresting him, collect huge funds for bail before you start investigation. Y'all should go for more training and sensitization. The approach used by EFCC is outdated."
Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that Mompha’s verified account on popular photo sharing app, Instagram, resurfaced after it had suddenly gone missing in the heat of his ordeal with the EFCC. Although, the last post on the page appeared to have been shared several weeks ago.
