Mason mount has found another reason to ride his way into the hearts of football lovers following a beautiful gesture to a young fan which has now become a subject of discussion on micro-blogging platform Twitter.
The Chelsea star was one of the youngsters who rode through the rank to become constant appearances in Chelsea's young-studded squad.
Since been offered a rare opportunity by Frank Lampard, the 20-year-old sensation has become a dazzling revelation due to his ingenuity on the pitch which has seen him likened to a quite number of Chelsea legends including the current manager.
His impressive performance in the game caught the attention of a young fan who raised a placard bearing a inscription " Mount, can I please have your shirt?"
Although the England star could not see the young lad, the photo of the young fan was brought to Mount's attention his mum via a comment on the star's Twitter post after Three Lions' historical 1000th game win.
"My boy loved meeting you today! He was gutted you couldn’t see his sign so asked if I’ll tweet it to you! My mascot! So proud," the woman, Keeley Brookes, wrote.
And interestingly, the Chelsea young midfielder quickly responded, promising to issue the young fan his "signed shirt."
"Hey Keeley, I would love to send your son a signed shirt! Please message me and I’ll get that sorted... and thanks for the support," the 20-year-old wrote.
The heart-warming gesture has seen Mount hailed by fans who commended the player for showing some love for his fans.
"Thats class , fair play fella ," a fan wrote.
