Liverpool vs Man City ended 3-1 as the Reds recorded their 11th Premier League victory in 12 matches and go nine points clear of the defending champions.

Fabinho, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane were on target for the Merseysiders as Bernardo Silva scored City's consolation.

The European champions quickly got into the thick of things as early as the sixth minute as they found the back of the net through Fabinho.

Bernardo Silva pulled one back with 12 minutes left on the clock as he rifled home a low shot beyond Alisson in goal to make it 3-1.

And that was how it stood as Liverpool claimed all three points as he match ended in favour of the Anfield giants.

Jurgen Klopp's men have now gone nine points above Guardiola's side as City dropped to fourth on the Premier League log.
