- Much talked about pastor, Chukwuemeka Odumeje, has finally kept to his promise to help some Nigerians affected by the Ochanja market fire
- The fire ravaged and destroyed many businesses at the Ochanja market in Onitsha
- In a video shared on the pastor’s Facebook page, he was seen distributing money to some of the people affected by the fire
Sometime in October, tragedy struck at the Ochanja market in Onitsha after a tanker fully laden with petrol fell and engulfed the place with fire.
Many lives were lost and businesses were destroyed after the tragic incident. Quite a number of Nigerians took to social media to sympathise with the victims as others promised to assist some of the traders financially.
Popular pastor, Chukwuemeka Odumeje, had earlier promised to give the victims money as he showed off bundles of cash on social media. The pastor had explained that it was just N4 million and it would be given to the traders in cash for the sake of Jesus.
Well, it seems the controversial man of God has kept to his word as he was recently captured on video sharing money to people at the market like he promised.
In videos shared on Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention Deliverance Ministry Onitsha’s Facebook page, Odumeje went all out for the victims of the fire by providing monetary aid.
The pastor can be seen calling out the names of the victims as he presented them with wads of cash after being identified.
