Deji Adeyanju the convener of Concerned Nigerian, Ariyo-Dare Atoye, and other well-meaning Nigerians submitted a petition to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to investigate the source of money conveyed in bullion vans to the home of Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu on the Eve of 2019 presidential election.

He made this known during a rally on Friday, October 25, where he and other concerned Nigerians were asking for EFCC's intervention on the matter.

At a press briefing in Abuja on Monday, October 27, the All Progressives Congress (APC) through its National Publicity Secretary, Mallam Lanre Issa-Onilu, alerted Nigerians over an alleged plan by the People Democratic Party (PDP) to blackmail the judiciary, ahead of the Supreme Court’s hearing of its presidential election appeal.
