Man United defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka has set the record for the most successful tackles won in the Premier League this season.

Wan-Bissaka played an important role in United's 3-1 win over Norwich City at Carrow Road on Sunday, October 27.

A goal each from Scott McTominay, Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial was enough to gift the Red Devils a comfortable victory.

Wan-Bissaka, who was making a return from injury produced a sturdy display at right-back, winning an incredible 11 tackles during the encounter.

The feat accounts for a quarter of the 44 tackles he has made all season so far to rank third in the list behind Leicester pair Ricardo Pereira and Wilfred Ndidi.

The 21-year-old has been a standout player under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer since his arrival from Crystal Palace in the summer.

He arrived United in a mouthwatering deal of £50 million, linking up with Victor Lindelof and Harry Maguire to form a formidable back-line at the Manchester club.

His impressive performances at Old Trafford saw him earn his first call-up to the England squad in September, but had to withdraw through injury.
