A former chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, Anaocha branch in Anambra state, Chris Adimora, has argued that those he identified as cabals would determine whether an Igbo presidency would become a reality in 2023.

Adimora said without the blessing of the cabal, it would be very difficult for the Igbos to clinch the 2023 presidency, Vanguard reports.

According to him, once the cabal gives their blessing to back an Igbo candidate, the road to the presidency would be an easy ride for Ndigbo.
