Reigning Italian champions Juventus on Saturday afternoon, October 26, missed the service of Cristiano Ronaldo in their 1-1 draw against Lecce in Serie A match.
Juventus will also have goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny to thank in this match for saving a superb shot from Diego Farras which could have given the hosts the win.
Maurizio Sarri's men started the match impressively with the duo of Emre Can and Pjanic combining well to set up Higuain in the 5th minute, but the Argentine missed the chance.
Argentina international Paulo Dybala scored the first goal for Juventus in the 50th minute via a penalty in which goalkeeper Gabriel had no answer for.
But Lecce also got the equalizer via a penalty in the 56th minute through Marco Mancosu and their efforts to score the winner were futile.
The match eventually ended 1-1 as Juventus still stay on the top of the Serie A standings, but could lose their position if Inter Milan should win their tie.
