Spanish champions Barcelona are reportedly interested in the signing of Red Bull Salzburg striker of Nigerian descent Karim Adeyemi.

The 17-year-old striker currently plays on loan at FC Liefering where Barcelona scouts are said to have seen his impressive performances this term.

And according to the report on El Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona are said to be ready to pay eight million euros for the signing of Adeyemi.

And should the Catalan giants go on to pay this amount, then Karim Adeyemi will become the most expensive U18 player of Nigerian descent in history.
