Nigeria are also yet to win a match since they came third at the AFCON 2019 tournament in Egypt, drawing against Ukraine in a friendly played at Dnipro in September.
The last time both sides met at topflight level was in a friendly in 2005 where the Mario Zagallo's led side beat the three-time African champions 3-0 in Abuja.
Four players have pulled out of Gernot Rohr's side including Kenneth Omeruo, Oghenekaro Etebo, Samuel Kalu and Ola Aina.
Brazil are also without notable absentees including Fernandinho, Alisson Becker and Real Madrid defender Marcelo.
