He said this when he hosted the Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption (PACAC) on Thursday, October 10, at the state house in Abuja.

The president also vowed that the situation where stolen public assets are returned to the people who took them will be a thing of the past as he said such would not happen again.
Buhari said that when such assets are seized, they would be sold and the money deposited in the nation’s treasury account.
“Let’s see who will now take back the money from the treasury, and give back to those people, as was done in the past,” he said.
PACAC on the other hand advised the president on the way forward on anti-corruption crusade, adding that the reestablishment of the jury system for criminal cases, setting of judicial commission, among others, will go a long way to help.
