Homeless Nigerian man alleged to be mentally unstable spotted in a market in India (video)

A Nigerian man identified as Victory Mokwuye has shared a video on his Instagram page claiming that he met a homeless Nigerian man who seemed to be mentally unstable in a market in India.

The man shared a lengthy caption with the video narrating what happened. According to him, he met the man identified as Ugwu Stanley Ugochukwu at a market in New Delhi, India.

Mokwuye took to his Instagram page on Wednesday, October 9, revealing that he met Ugochkwu at Uttam Nagar market after he was discharged from the hospital.

In the post, Mokwuye noted that the man is unstable mentally and has no contact with his family. He added that two Indian men told him that Ugochukwu is homeless and he sleeps in motor parks or uncompleted buildings.

The man called on Nigerians to help the homeless man however they can. He said the man is staying with him but he has refused to stay longer.

In a video, Ugochukwu claimed that he came to India for treatment. He said he is the president of his department at the Enugu States University of Science and Technology.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that a Kenyan man spread hope to the homeless and less privileged in his country by offering free haircuts to them. The young man said he was a drunkard and he decided to help others because he does not want others to live the kind of life he did.
