Nigerian star Dennis Emmanuel Bonaventure has been named in the UEFA Champions League team of the week after putting up an impressive performance against Real Madrid earlier this week.

The 21-year-old forward scored twice to help his Belgian topflight side Club Brugge share spoils with Los Blancos after regulation period.

Dennis grabbed his first goal of the match in the ninth minute, and completed his brace in the 39th minute.

The goals took his goal tally this season to four goals after six matches, having also scored twice in the Belgian pro league.
