Tacha was sent packing from the reality show for being violent to another housemate, Mercy, during their fight earlier on the same day.

The news of Tacha’s disqualification led to serious reactions on social media as some people agreed with Biggie’s decision while others condemned it.

Nigerian comedian, AY Makun, is part of the few people who feel Tacha’s disqualification was uncalled for. He expressed in an Instagram live video that he is not in support of Biggie’s decision.

AY said: “But that part where they now had to throw her [Tacha] out is the part that I do not support. Not like I support violence but it was quite subtle. It was just a pull like ‘get your hair off my face’ kind of attitude.”

The comedian spoke further that Mercy attempted the real violence when she picked an object to attack Tacha with.

He said: “Mercy attempted grabbing a bottle or something to use on her before the boys came in.”

In other news, Legit.ng reported that after Tacha's disqualification, Nigerians were quick to remind music star, Peter Okoye of the defunct PSquare group of his initial promise to gift Tacha the N60m prize money if she does not emerge as the eventual winner.

In a live video with popular entertainer, Tunde Ednut, Peter Okoye denied promising to give Tacha the huge sum of money.
