- Jose Mourinho won his European treble with Inter Milan in 2010
- The Portuguese tactician also enjoyed a level of successes while managing Chelsea
- Mourinho won his first Champions League title at FC Porto
- The 56-year-old has however named Real Madrid as his best career experience so far
Jose Mourinho is unarguable one of the best managers in club football with his exploits with FC Porto, Chelsea, Inter Milan, Real Madrid and Manchester United.
The Portuguese born is one of the few tacticians who have won treble after leading Italian League giants Inter Milan to their most successful campaign in 2010.
Although, the 56-year-old is currently out of job since he parted ways with the Red Devils last December, the Portuguese says his time at Real Madrid is his best experience as a manager.
According to Goal.com, Mourinho listed the lessons he learnt at the Santiago Bernabeu, the memories he had with the Spanish club and the basis for selecting the club as his best so far.
The Portuguese tactician only managed Los Blancos for three seasons and during his reign at the club, he won La Liga in 2011-12 while also claiming a Copa del Rey and Supercopa de Espana before his eventual return to Chelsea.
"Real Madrid was my best experience because of what I learned as a coach, as a man, because of the lessons I took in my career and in my life," he told Portuguese TV channel 11, per Marca.
"It is the best memory of my career, it was fantastic."
Mourinho's arrival saw Barcelona's dominance in the Spanish League and other domestic cup subsided despite the heated rivalry with Pep Guardiola.
The treble winning coach admitted that failing to win Champions League for the Galacticos was one of the few regrets he has.
At the end of the 2011-12 triumph, Real Madrid won the league title with a record 100 points, a feat that has been equaled by Barcelona.

And the Portuguese manager says he takes pride in his successes against a team that became his fiercest rival.
"What they asked me at Real Madrid went with my nature," Mourinho said.
"They told me that we had the best team in the world on the other side, that they were crushing us and we had to reverse the situation.
"We had to prevent Barça from crushing us and that's why the Mestalla cup final is the most important.
"From there nothing was the same. We won the league, the Super Cup, but nothing was like the [Copa del Rey] final.
"Unfortunately, I didn't manage to win any of the three Champions League semi-finals [I took Madrid to]."
Mourinho is currently out of work outside a series of television punditry roles having been sacked by Manchester United in December.
Legit.ng earlier reported that Jose Mourinho believes Tottenham will finish above their London rivals Arsenal at the end of the 2019-20 Premier League season.
The Gunners and Spurs will fight for a top four spot this season with heavyweights - Manchester City, Liverpool, Manchester United and Chelsea.
Both sides played out a 2-2 draw in the north London derby at the Emirates and seems the two teams are much evenly balanced for the new campaign, but Spurs finished just a point ahead of Unai Emery's men last season.
