43-year-old Shahin Miah, is one landlord who will not forget his tenant from hell in a long time to come. Miah who is leased out a three-bedroom apartment to a mother of four was left in shock by the condition he found it in after it was vacated.
Speaking with Metro News, Miah stated that he had been trying to check the house for five months with no luck. He decided to break into the house recently and was so sickened by the sight and smell that he turned back and threw up on the driveway.
He said: ‘There was rubbish everywhere. There was food everywhere. There was no access to the kitchen and bathroom because there was human poo on the floor. I feel that if she was human, she wouldn’t have done that."
He started that the house was rented to the woman fully furnished with multiple beds but only one bed was still standing with poo smeared over it.
Miah further expressed worry for the welfare of her four kids who lived with her in the house covered in debris.

Shahin faces a £2,000 (N895,191) bill to clear out the £590 (264,104) a month property and thousands more as he re-plasters and redecorates the house.

The landlord, who lives on the same road, said he had no problems with his tenant at first, describing her as a smart woman but things took a sharp turn for the worse 12 months ago.
He said: "She never opened the windows or curtains. She never put the bins out on the right day. I got suspicious when I went to the house to visit and she wouldn’t let me in. She would say she was busy and she was going out. I would ask for a time to return and she never replied."
Meanwhile, a Nigerian lady identified as @unusual_wealth, has taken to social media to cry out for help following the destruction of her rented apartment by orders of the Lagos state government. This happened one month after she had paid and moved in.
Sharing videos from the scene of the demolition, the lady who was in tears narrated how she paid the sum of N300k to the accounts of the caretaker and had even spoken to the landlady about the house.
